Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Infinicreatix LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Return Process
1. Contact customer support at S.Orion.Ting@infinicreatix.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at S.Orion.Ting@infinicreatix.com with photos of the damaged product.
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
